TAL AFAR, Iraq - A joint U.S.-Iraqi force punched deep into Tal Afar, a key insurgent staging ground near the Syrian border, and the Iraqi army said Thursday it arrested 200 suspected militants in the sweep — three-fourths of them foreign fighters.

Raed is blatantly against the new Iraqi government and the Iraqi security forces.
Raed has previously referred to Iraqi police and those working to rebuild Iraq as "collaborators"
Raed wants all foreign troops to leave Iraq immediately so that the insurgent fighters may do as they wish.
Raed sheds crocodile tears for civilian casualties, while supporting the "resistance" (terrorists) who kill and injure more civilians than anyone.
